Cardinal Place Windsor retirement home happy to ease restrictions but wary of the timing

WINDSOR, ONT. -- The owner of Cardinal Place believes the easing of visitation rules is good for his residents, but questions why now.

The owner, Mike Cardinal, believes the easing of visitation rules is good for his residents, but questions why now.

He described the Ministry announcement as "abrupt" and said,"it rubs against the stay at home orders for the rest of us".

Mike stated that Cardinal Place Retirement Home hasn’t had a single case of COVID-19 throughout the pandemic and he wants to keep that way.

"We're 100% vaccinated" he said.
